By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, at Noon.) CHUNGKING. April 2. A Chinese counter-offensive is in full swing against the Japanese on the East bank of the Han River. The right wing crossed the stream east of Chungking and the left crossed the Kwantoutsien and is advancing towards Szekang.
