CALLING UP OF ITALIAN CLASSES. SPECIALISTS AND OFFICERS. (Tndepen'lp’nt Coble Service.l (Received This Day, 11.10 a.m.) ROME, March 30. It is learned that between 100,000 and 130,000 specialists and officers of the 1905-06. classes are being called up to augment the 300.000 1908-09. classes called up on March 22. This is described as a routine measure.
