STRENGTH DOUBLED

Georges Mandel, announced that the colonial army’s strength was double that of last year. The Government’s policy was to make the colonies self-protecting. IndoChina, which was given extra planes, was constructing a factory to manufacture 150 planes and 400-engines annually. „
