Senor Mussolini telegraphed General Franco enthusiastic greetings from himself and the Italian people saying: “A new Spain, free, united and strong : s about to rise. I consider indissoluble the relations established between our two peoples.” GENERAL MIA-lA. INCLUDED AMONu ARRIVALS. (Received This Day. 11.20 a.m.) ORAN, March 29. General Miaja was among the passengers of 23 Republican planes which arrived here from Spain.
