Provincial Capitals Declare For Nationalists FORCES ADVANCING WITHOUT RESISTANCE By Telegraph.—Press Association • -Copyright. (Received This Day, 10 a.m.) BERLIN, March 29. A German agency dispatch from Burgos states that the whole of Spain is now in General Franco’s hands. All provincial capitals have declared for the Nationalists. General Franco’s troops, pushing on from Madrid and elsewhere are meeting with no resistance. Appeals are being broadcast to Catalonia, exhorting the population to remain calm.
