INTERNAL LOAN
TO BE ISSUED IN POLAND. STEPS TO ATTRACT SAVINGS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. WARSAW, March 27. The Government is issuing an internal loan of forty-eight million sterling to increase the air force and air defence. The issue includes bonds valued at 16s, payable in instalments and redeemable in five years. The bonds are designed to attract savings from the poorest people, who will be subjected to intense propaganda for this purpose.
