THE W.E.A.
The W.E.A. lecture on the European situation since Munich, by Mr. A. S. Hely, the tutor-organiser of the W.E.A. for this district, will be held in the Lecture Room, Municipal Buildings, tonight at 8 o’clock. Mr Hely is a lecturer of outstanding ability and thoroughly conversant with the subject which is made more interesting by the free discussion after the lecture, when questions are answered. As the subject is of vital importance on account of the present crisis a large audience can be assured. The W.E.A. is a valuable institution for furthering adult education on a great variety of subjects. As the W.E.A. is subsidised by the Government no expense is spared in making the lectures and study courses as up-to-date and as interesting as possible. No charge will be made for admission, but a collection will be taken up to defray expenses.
