Nine spies, including a German have been sentenced to periods of imprisonment varying from 3 to 12 years. Slovak-Hungarian negotiations have been suspended, and Slovaks returned to Bratislava, declaring that they were unable to accept the Hungarian proposals without consultation. It is Understood that the atmosphere is not promising. ■
