CANADIAN WHEAT
GUARANTEED INITIAL PRICE. SIXTY CENTS PER BUSHEL. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. (Received This Day, 1 p.m.) OTTAWA, March 27. A guaranteed initial price of sixty cents per bushel for wheat is provided for in a bill introduced in the House of Commons by the Minister of Agriculture, the Hon W. D. Euler. It will replace the Act stipulating an eighty cent minimum for last year’s crop, which is estimated to have cost the Government 35,000,000 dollars.
