CONDITIONS IN PALESTINE MINE EXPLODED ON RAILWAY. JEWISH CONSTABLE KILLED. AT HAIFA. (Independent Cable Service.) (Received This Day, 10.25 a,m.) , JERUSALEM, March 27. The explosion of a landmine on the Lydda-Jerusalem railway derailed three waggons, injuring a soldier and six workers.
A Jewish constable was shot dead at Haifa.
