CARRYING CHARGES
INCREASE IN WELLINGTON CONTEMPLATED. TO MEET HIGHER COSTS. (By Telegraph—Wess Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Carriers are contemplating an increase in charges, which they say have not been revised for eight years. Mr H. S. Fairchild, secretary of the local organisation, said there had been increases in ether centres, and the Wellington Association was considering following a similar course, in order to meet increased costs.
