The Colonial Office announces that a commission, including Sir James Dunnett, who was Reforms Commissioner. Government of India, 1930-36, is flying to Northern Rhodesia, under the auspices of the Emigration Planning Joint Committee of the Refugees Coordination Committee and will be associated with a Northern Rhodesian Committee, under the Director of Agriculture.
