INCREASE IN RATES ANNOUNCED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, March 24. Lloyds’ New Zealand representatives have received advice from London that war risks rates now are as follow: United Kingdom to New Zealand 7s 6d per cent (an increase of ss); homeward 10s per cent (increase of ss). New Zealand to United States, via Cape, 5s per cent (increase of 2s 6d), via Panama 2s 6d per cent (unchanged); to Pacific ports, 2s 6d per cent (unchanged).
