DEATH OF CONSERVATIVE MEMBER. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, March 22. The third vacancy in Parliamentary representation to be created within 1~days by the death of the sitting member occurred today when a by-election was necessitated bv the death of Sir Sidney Herbert (Conservative).
