Germany Wards Submission of Lithuania • SERIOUS SITUATION REPORTED (Independent Cable Service.) (Received This Day, 10.30 a.m.) . ' WARSAW, March 22. The situation at Kaunas is stated to be serious. Despite the cession of Memel, German pressure on Lithuania is continuing. The talk between Herr von Ribbentrop and M. Urbsys is stated to have been heated. Herr von Ribbentrop is demanding the immediate submission of Lithuania.
