HOTELS ON WHEELS
NEW BUFFET SLEEPING CARS IN CANADA. WINNIPEG. New buffet sleeping cars introduced on the Canadian National Railway Company's lines here are virtual hotels on wheels. The overall length is more than 80 feet and in addition to the dining section, the cars have elaborate smoking saloons for men and women, roomy sleeping compartments and sections, and a kitchen which is probably the most modern of any rail car in operation today.
