INTOXICATED MOTORIST
STEEL WORKER SENT TO GAOL
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Having been intoxicated in charge of a motor-car in Upper Willis Street, Wellington, on Saturday night, Phillip Murphy, steel worker, aged 43, was sentenced by Mr J. H. Luxford, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday, to ten days’ imprisonment, and he was prohibited from holding ,a licence to drive till May, 1940.
