The Council of Ministers discussed the plenary decrees with the object-of strengthening national defence. M. Bonnet reviewed in detail the international situation. M. Reynaud emphasised the need for economies, through reduction of civil expenditure and increased production and administrative reorganisation. . .... The decrees are being submitted to M. Le Brun for ratification.
