(Received This Day, 9.35 a.m.) BUDAPEST, March 17. Despite the Ruthenian National Guards’ steady but sporadic resistance, the Hungarians are rapidly traversing Ruthenia. Count Teleki has ordered the Hungarian troops to respect the frontiers of Ruthenia’s neighbours.
