TROOPS START FIRST
CONFERENCE DISREGARDED. (Received This Day, 10.15 a.m.) PRAGUE, March 15. It is stated that orders for the German march were given while President Hacha was on his way to Berlin, and that the troops wore already 12 miles inside the Czech frontiers when he began his conference with Hitler. EXAMPLE NOTED NAZI HOPES IN MEMEL. (Received This Day, 9.40 a.m.) KAUNAS, March 15. Herr Naumann, leader of the Memel Germans told his party that he felt himself entitled, in light of the new European situation, eventually to take the necessary steps to obtain freedom without consulting the Diet.
