The Stock Exchange Association has received advice that tne directois of Kempthorne Prossers Ltd are recommending a dividend of 41 per cent. It is also reported that the directors of T. J. Richards and Sons have declared a dividend of ten per cent per annum for the half year ended December 31 on preference, ordinary and B ordinary shares.
