NAZI OUTCRY.
Situation Said to be Unbearable. GERMAN HELP OBTAINABLE IMMEDIATELY. (Received This Day, 10.40 a.m.) BRATISLAVA, March 13. The Hlinka Guards, who are protecting their own buildings with rifles and fixed bayonets, called a mass meeting tonight in order to hear their leaders, M.M. Mach and Tuca. Crowds hooted M. Fritz, Slovak Minister of Justice. Arriving from Prague, a spokesman for Herr Karmasin, German minority leader, declares that the situation is unbearable. Normality must be promptly restored. German help is immediately obtainable if necessary. The Germans have forbidden traffic in the vicinity of their headquarters.
