GRIM DISCOVERY
SKELETON OF WOMAN FOUND IN BED. IN HOUSE OCCUPIED BY FOUR DAUGHTERS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright SYDNEY, March 13. The skeleton of an elderly woman who had been dead for some months was found today in the suburb of Belmore in the house where the dead woman’s four daughters were living. The discovery followed a visit by a minister, who, when he asked one of the daughters how her mother was. was informed that she had died in November. The police were notified and the body was found lying in a bed neatly covered with blankets. One daughter told the police that it was the will of God that their ihother was not buried. The woman found dead was aged 91. The four daughters have been removed to an institution. The police stated that it was 'the most pathetic case of religious mania that has come under their notice for many years.
