Mrs M. H. Tylee, of Pahiatua, is visiting Wellington. Mrs A. Donald, Johnston Street, Masterton, is visiting Te Awamutu. Mrs F. C. Daniell, of Masterton, was a recent visitor to Te Awamutu.

Nurse Jessie Sealing, of Palmerston North, is a visitor to Masterton. Miss Till, of Featherston, was a week-end visitor to Wellington. Miss L. Pain, of Kaituna. left yesterday on an extended tour of the North Island.

Mr and Mrs J. Cane, of Tararua Street, Masterton, are on a tour of the North Island.

Mr and Mrs J. W. Johnson, of Featherston, have left on a motor tour of the Auckland province.

Miss A. Rogers, of Pahiatua, who has been the guest of friends in Masterton and Kahutara, is now visiting Petone. Miss E. Campbell, who has been relieving Plunket nurse in Masterton, has gone to relieve in the Porirua district.

The official party on the stage at/the Inter-House Dance on Saturday night included the wives of executive members among whom were: Mesdames L. B. Maunsell, H. P. Hugo, G. Daubney, G. Ruston, J. D. Baybutt, W. R. Pawson, D. Costello and J. Woolf. Yesterday marked the ninety-first birthday of Mrs Fanny Fulford, Havelock North. Mrs Fulford, who believes that hard work is the secret of longevity, still works round the house and in the garden, and in her spare time makes raffia basket! She is the mother of six sons and six daughters. There are 39 grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren.
