The Indian National Congress concluded after passing resolutions dissociating itself from British foreign policy as aiding the Fascist Powers, demanding Indian self-determination, paying tribute to the Palestinian Arabs, and deploring the deterioration in the position of Indians overseas, especially throughout the Empire.
