The Mossy Creek washup totalled 370 z. 6dwt for 130 hours from 8859 yards.

Big River Gold Mines Ltd. give the following gold returns for January and February, 1939:— Battery department: 219 tons of ore crushed for 113 oz. sdwt. melted gold. Cyanide department: 150 tons of sands treated for 16oz. bullion. Total estimated value: £9lO. In addition, 23- tons of concentrates were saved, valued at £7O.
