WOOL PRODUCTION
JAPANESE THREE-YEAR PLAN. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. TOKIO. March 9. The Domei News Agency says that the Government Planning Board has revealed a three-year plan, beginning on April 1, to expand Chinese, Manchurian and Japanese production in which wool production will be increased 240 per cent.
