Shade temperature: Maximum 61.9, minimum 51.2', terrestrial 50.4. Sunshine, nil. Rain, 9 points. General situation: Pressure has fallen over much of the Dominion and especially the South Island, otherwise there is little change in the situation. Forecast: Light to moderate but temporarily freshening northerly winds. Weather cloudy to overcast with occasional but mainly light rain. Temperalures moderate.
