INTER-HOUSE SPORTS

ARRANGEMENTS FOR SATURDAY. Final arrangements for the InterHouse Sports Meeting, to be held on Saturday afternoon at the Park Oval, commencing at 1.15 p.m., were made by the committee at a meeting last night. Further trophies were received from Hansell Laboratories- (Challenge Cup for girls’ relay), C. E. Daniell, Ltd. (Challenge Cup for men’s relay), Mr. A. Allison, Greytown Hotel (Challenge Cup for men’s tug-of-war). A number of trophies for individual events were also received and a particularly attractive prize list was arranged. Programmes will be on sale from Friday onwards and full details have been incorporated of all team competitions. The names of all the girls participating in the drill competitions wil l appear in the programme which will be of more than usual value to spectators.
