JAPANESE ERECTING BLOCKHOUSES. (Received This Day, 1.0 p.m.) CHUNGKING, March 5. In order to overcome Eighth Route Army guerillas in Shansi Province, the Japanese are erecting blockhouses in the hope of enclosing them in an impentrable ring.
