Candidates must have attained the age of 171, but not of 28 years, be unmarried, able to pass the prescribed medical examination, and educated up to the standard of the School Certificate or the University Entrance Examination. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT APPLICANTS SHALL HAVE ATTAINED THE STANDARD OF EDUCATION REQUIRED. Selected candidates will proceed direct to the United Kingdom and serve for four or six years on the active list of the Royal Air Force, followed by six or four years on the reserve.
