BUSINESS ON DOMINION EXCHANGES. DETAILS OF SATURDAY’S SALES. The following sales were recorded on the Dominion Stock Exchanges' on Saturday:— Sale

GOLD MINING RETURNS. The New River dredge returned 3Qoz for 128 hours from 9000 yards. The White’s Electric return totalled 370 z. for 130 hours from 7400 yards. Alexander Mines Ltd., give the following gold return for the month of February, 1939:—Battery department: 160 tons of ore crushed for 1350 z. 2dwt. of melted gold. Cyanide department: This has not been cleaned up. Total estimated value, £975. In addition, 5 tons of concentrates were saved valued at £195. Note: In estimating the above values, gold has been taken at 150/- a fine oz. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) GREYMOUTH, March 4. The Bundi dredge return to March 1 was 530 z. 2dwt. for 70 hours from 7104 yards treated. During February the Kanieri dredge for 338 hours from 137,000 yards treated recovered 1014 oz. The Barrytown dredge return for February was 4580 z. for 425 hours from 213,000 yards. . The Blackball Cteek return was 650 z. from 10,000 yards dredged.
