DESTRUCTION OF JAPANESE FACTORY. GRANT FROM ARMY FUNDS TO SUFFERERS. (Received This Day. 9.30 a.m.) OSAKA; March 3. The sum of £30,000 from the Army funds has been granted for the relief of sufferers Through the munitions explosion. The death roll is 200.
