A communique at the.conclusion of the visit of Count Ciano (Italian Foreign Minister does not indicate any agreement affecting French interests. It states that Count Ciano and Colonel J. Beck (Polish Foreign Minister) agreed to develop friendship and collaboration based on the affinities and common interests of Poland and Italy, whose aims are-or-der and justice. DIVERSE DEMANDS ALLIANCE WITH FRANCE. MORAL SUPPORT FOR ITALY. WARSAW, March 1. A Foreign Office spokesman said Poland’s alliance with France was understood by Italy. Doubtless Poland would give moral support to Italian colonial claims, but the scope of them was not yet precise. Demands concerning Jibuti and the Suez Canal might be regarded as legitimate. Poland was not inclined to join the Rome-Berlin Axis and desired to remain independent.
