STUDENT DEMONSTRATIONS IN POLAND PRO-GERMAN GOVERNMENT DENOUNCED. HOME OF NAZI LEADER RAIDED. (Independent Cable Service.) (Received This Day, 9 a.m.) WARSAW, March 1. As Count Ciano’s train passed through Warsaw, en route to Cracow yesterday, thousands of students demonstrated in the streets, shouting: “Down with Germany and Hitler!” Down with the pro-German Government! Danzig for the Poles!” Students broke into the home of Senator Hasbach, leader of the German language parties in Poland, burned books and smashed pictures of Hitler. There was similar conduct at Posen.
