STATE. TOMORROW: “The Lady Vanishes,” one of the year’s surprise pictures, featuring Margaret Lockwood and Michael Redgrave. This film recently completed in Christchurch a three weeks’ record run for a myste,ry story. It is a vivid story of the mysterious disappearance from a Continental express of an English governess and its dramdtic denouement. TUESDAY: (1) “Follow Your Star,” showing Arthur Tracy, the silverthroated street singer, telling his life story. An interesting and entertaining musical film, screening in conjunction with (2) “Mysterious Mr Moto,” Peter Lorre, in the latest of. the “new season” mystery series. This time amidst London fogs he solves a case that baffled Scotland Yard. FRIDAY, March 10: “There Goes My Heart,” featuring Fredric March, Virginia Bruce, Patsy Kelly, Alan Mowbray. Made by Hal Roach, Hollywood’s king of comedy producers, it is one of the year’s comedy successes. COSY.
