The Milan correspondent of “The Times” says that the first fruits of a scheme for the repatriation of Italians from abroad, in accordance with Signor Mussolini’s order, was the return of 1400 Italians from France who were warmly greeted at the stations en route. Local authorities defrayed their hotel accommodation and provided the children with toys and the adults with amusements. Turin has given employment to 43 heads of families. The remainder will be transported gratis to their '• home towns. A second batch is expected today and a third on Wednesday?
