ADDITIONS TO FRESH FORCES. TROOPS AND AEROPLANES. (Independent Cable Service.) ’ PARIS, February 28. The increasing importance of happenings in the East is evidenced by the decision to raise levies of 50,000 men in Indo-China, bringing the total armed forces there to 100,000. Thirty-five of fifty pursuit planes ordered from Holland will be sent to Indo-China and the rest to Jibuti where anti-aircraft forces are being strengthened. An aeroplane factory is to be constructed in Hanoi.
