(Received This Day, 10.40 a.m.) PARIS, February 26. The Foreign Minister, M. Georges Bonnet, in a speech, repeated his “hands off France!” warning. He said: “France will not allow anyone to touch her Empire, built by French labour and at the cost of French blood. She will maintain intact her sovereignty over her territory. Nobody need doubt this.”
