GERMANY FORTIFYING FRONTIER. CZECH MATERIAL USED. (Independent Cable Service.) PRAGUE, February 23. Trainloads of Czech barbed wire, heavy artillery and cement are being rushed to Stettin, Kustrin and Prouse, Germany’s new Siegfried Line on the Polish border. Poland is most concerned as her main war industries and oilfields are only 50 miles from the southern heel of the line.
