[ at its meeting to be held on the 13th . day of March. 1939, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Government Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowing of the sum of £2400 for the purposes of erecting workers’ dwellings. The term of the Loan is to be for 25 years at 3 per cent, and secured by a rate over the whole district of onethirtieth of a penny in the pound. Any person having any objection to the proposed application is called upon to submit same in writing to the Castlepoint County Council not later than the day preceding the said meeting.
