FEARS OF NEW PRE=MUNICH SCARE AS PRETEXT FOR FURTHER CONCESSIONS. FOR SAKE OF AVOIDING WAR. (Independent Cable Service.) (Received This Day, 9.25 a.m.) ’ LONDON, February 21. The Paris correspondent of the “Daily Worker” says “informed quarters” accuse the Foreign Minister M. Bonnet and the British Ambassador, Sir Eric Phipps, of fomenting a new "preMunich” war scare in preparation for new concessions to the Italians and Germans for the sake of avoiding war. The Minister for the Interior, M. Albert Sarraut, has ordered.all mayors in the Paris region to prepare a scheme for the evacuation of the city, to be carried out in a fifteen-day period. Meanwhile the British Embassy and French Foreign Office officials are discreetly suggesting to journalists that there will be trouble very soon because England and France are going to act. They hint that Majorca will be the object of this action.
