OPENING OF BIENNIAL CONFERENCE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH. This Day. The biennial-conference of the New Zealand branch of the British Medical Association opened in Christchurch today with a combined meeting of all sections, at which lectures wore delivered to a gathering numbering about IfiO. This afternoon lectures on ‘•Nephritis” were given by Dr Russen Chisholm, Palmerston North, and Dr J O. Mercer, Wellington.
