The resignation of General Krejci, Chief of the General Staff, is only one of many signs of the complete reorganisation and drastic reduction of the Czecholsovak army which the Government is now effecting. The officers’ corps has been almost halved and the budget defence estimates have been reduced by 1.000,000.000 Czech crowns compared with 1938.
