PASSED BY BURMA HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. PRIME MINISTER RESIGNS. By Telegraph—-Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 10.40 a.m.) RANGOON, February 16. The House of Representatives passed a vote of no-confidence in- the Government by 70 votes to 37. A later message states that the Prime Minister, Baw Maw, has resigned.
