Mackenzie King), in the House of Commons, declared that Canadian Co-operation had made possible the most important agreement in modern times and a great contribution to better relations among the nations. Defining Canadian trade policy, 4hc Premier asserted that the Dominion was, committed to developing freer trade relations with countries with which there can be no question of disturbance of good political relations and was always ready to add to these countries others whose politics were guided by the same democratic ideals.
