OPPOSED BY LABOUR PARTY. CRITICISM OF GOVERNMENT POLICY. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON, February 14. The National Council of Labour, meeting _at the House of Commons, expressed grave dissatisfaction with Mr Chamberlain’s answer, regarding recognition of General Franco and restated its opposition to that policy. The meeting adjourned until February 15, in anticipation that the Government’s decision will then be known.
