ALLEGATIONS BY FRENCH NEWSPAPERS NEGOTIATIONS WITH ITALY AND GERMANY. DENIAL BY AMBASSADOR. (Independent Cable Service.) PARIS, February 15. All sections of the Press today attack M Bonnet, the Foreign Minister, alleging that he is negotiating with Rome and Berlin behind the backs of the French Ambassadors. The newspapers declared that the manager of the Bank of Indo-China, M Baudoin, who is a personal friend of M Bonnet, discussed with Count Ciano. Italian Foreign Minister, possible concessions to Italy in Africa, and another friend of Mr Bonnet's. M Brinon. informed Herr voh Ribbentrop, German Foreign Minister, of the negotiations. The Ambassador in Berlin, M Coulondre who is stated not to have been informed and to have hurried to Paris to protest to the Quai d'Orsay, demes the whole affair.
