The resolution to make the said by- ' law will bo submitted for confirmation at a meeting of the Masterton Borough Council, to be held at the Borough !. Council Chamber, Chapel Street, Mas- ■ terton, at 7.30 o’clock on TUESDAY, ■ the 21st day of February, 1939.
