LATE SIR C. KINGSFORD SMITH'S ESTATE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. SYDNEY, February 14. The Probate Court today granted leave to distribute the £12,874 of the estate of the late Si.r Charles Kingsford Smith, the whole of which is bequeathed to his widow, now Mrs Mary Tully, of Toorak, Victoria, who some time ago obtained leave to swear her husband’s death on his ill-fated flight from England to Australia in November. 1935.
